     Welcome to the Star Wars section of MovieLegacy.com. Star Wars has been engrained into our culture from the very day movie-goers saw the words "A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far, Far Away" on the silver screen in 1977. It has been an ongoing journey of technical achievements, debates, and has taken the world by storm. All six Star Wars films are in the top 20 films of all time, so I think it merits its own section on this site. That, and I'm a huge Star Wars fan - not because I like the movies, but because the movies have made me like Star Wars.

     Take a look at the articles written. I'm particularly privy to defending the newests installments, since they've been the subject of so much unnecessary banter. While they have flaws, they're not bad movies and deserve more praise that ridicule.

     So, have fun!
